I am announcing that, after much hard work on the part of myself and valuable help from Ruby, I will be tentatively holding a quest on Saturday, May 31st, at 7:00 pm EST. This will likely continue with a second part on Sunday, and if additional days are needed, they will be scheduled later.
If you can make it 30 minutes early (6:30 PM EST) I will be going over IC background information for the players and we can get right into the quest shortly after 7.
This quest will not make use of the combat system. Temporary death is a possibility. An NPC (Ajax Avelhar) will be in the dream on some nights leading up to the quest, who will give more information about its exact nature.
If you have any questions, PM me. This thread is for people to confirm if they can make it.

I'll be there on one of my characters. It'd be a nice school's-out thing. _________________ I'm going to start wounding you now. I don't know when I'll stop. |

Eek. As it turns out I gave my word to be somewhere Saturday night, but I should be there for the beginning of the quest (the first two hours at least) and for all of Sunday. |

If it does continue on Sunday, will it be beginning at the same time? _________________ You say, "[Be more impatient Vith. >_>]"

Most likely, but we'll decide after the quest. In both cases, I'll post it here. _________________

Edited the original post. Please try to come 30 minutes early if you can (6:30 PM EST). At that time, I'll be going through all of the IC details of the quest and some background information about Ajax, Enwyr, and Yoriel. _________________

For those that are wondering, all you have to do is be in the Ansteorra dream at the scheduled quest time. At that time, the dungeon master will emit instructions on where to go if you're attending the quest. _________________

The party successfully navigated the temple and its three puzzle-traps virtually unscathed. Clever thinking from the party members was crucial in their success.
In the Imperial Family Treasury, the party watched as Ajax recovered a brass bottle and summoned a genie (magical beings whose natures are shrouded in legend and mystery since the fall of the Aracthan Empire) by the name of Amjal-El. After granting three wishes, Amjal-El refused to serve Ajax further and eventually arrived in the hands of Jesto.
The implications of Ajax's wishes are yet to be seen, and Ajax has asked the adventurers of Ansteorra for their help in the near-future. This time, however, the recruitment of a party is the responsibility of Captain Jesto.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I would like to extend a big thank you to Ruby for hours of help spent testing the dream, offering ideas, and for drawing Amjal-El. Thanks also goes to Shayde, Sirum, and Vith for helping me out with the labyrinth that is Dragonspeak, and to all of the people who took part in the quest or who would like to have taken part but we unable to.
The patches used were the "Arabian" patch by Odhinn and the "Egyptian Festival Patch" by the Beekins, both of which were retrived from the Furcadia patch archive.
The music files used were taken from a series of video games: Daggerfall, The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, and Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis. One music file accompanied the Arabian patch, but I was unable to find proper credit information.
If all goes well, I will be hosting another quest at the end of June or early July. _________________
